High Dividend REIT's

Here are some of my favorite high dividend REIT's (Real Estate Investment Trusts, basically just companies that invest in real estate.

First on the list is starwood realty. This REIT is AWESOME. It has a solid 8%+ dividend that it pays out quarterly. The company invests in hospitality and owns Marriott. With unemployment going down and pay going up, people are more likely to be taking vacations with their surplus cash. Great play here to hold longggg term.

Omega Healthcare Investors is next up on our list. This REIT owns healthcare facilities, and with the baby boomers getting older this is a nice macro play. Also the 1 year chart looks solid for growth as well as the 7%+ dividend kicker.

As always God bless and may the odds be ever in your favor...
