More High Dividend REIT's...bit more risk and God willing reward...
Seems like most of you enjoyed the first dividend article we posted here. So we did another one! Check out our updated list below.
ABR (9.02% Dividend)
More like a bank than a REIT, this stock gives out short term loans to people looking to invest in property.
IRM (8.18% Dividend)
This is actually my favorite stock on the list. This company focuses on high security storage and is expanding their business with aws cloud storage. Recently downgraded by BoA, because the price of recycled paper is decreasing, which is a side business for IRM. A bullshit downgrade if you ask me. The downgrade could provide a nice buying opportunity. Also has a nice dividend history you can see here.
SBRA (8.7% Dividend)
Another healthcare focused REIT just like OHI, this company should see nice opportunity as the baby boomers get older.
Now this REIT is a bit more risky, but also comes with a much higher dividend at 13.08%. This company focuses on smaller and risky real estate investments.
As always God bless and may the odds be ever in your favor...
