Run...Pull up...Run

This past summer I started mixing in military style fitness training to boost my overall badassery. And if its gonna be military then its gotta be outside in the open air.

One of my favorite workouts that I added was a run, pull up, run with a weighted vest (15lbs). The goal is to complete 3 miles of running and 100 pull ups as fast as you can. I typically break it down like this:

Run one mile
Do 10 sets of 5 pullups
Run one mile
Do 5 sets of 5 pullups
Run one mile
Do 5 sets of 5 pullups
